These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from LumaLather.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including because of inventory errors, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
Prices, payment, and currency
Store prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, optional delivery charges, duties, and other fees will be shown or described before purchase where required.
Promotions and compare-at prices
Discounts, launch pricing, and promotional offers may be changed or ended at any time. Compare-at prices are reference prices displayed for comparison and do not guarantee how long a product was previously offered at that price. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Fulfillment and delivery
Orders may be fulfilled by a third-party supplier. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for timelines, supported destinations, and possible import charges.
Product use
Use products only as directed. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Keep electrical charging connections dry and follow all care and safety instructions. You are responsible for selecting and using products appropriately for your circumstances.
Returns, defects, and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly so we can provide a remedy consistent with applicable law.
Resale
Products are sold for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale.
