30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all attachments, accessories, manuals, and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Start a return before sending anything
Email umarbilal7573@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos when relevant. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. Do not send returns to the manufacturer or to an address shown on the shipping parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong item, or other returns that are not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt because you remain responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to the approved return address.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. If we confirm the issue, LumaLather will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or reasonable return-shipping solution at no cost to you.
Hygiene and non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, used bath brushes, used brush heads, opened personal-care attachments, and items showing signs of use cannot be returned for change of mind. We also cannot accept gift cards, final-sale items, or items damaged through misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. These exclusions do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law for defective or misdescribed goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. We do not guarantee that replacement inventory will remain available.
Refunds
We will inspect an approved return after it is received and tell you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders can enter processing quickly, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner. If the order has already shipped, the regular return rules apply.
